Encampment Student Information
- You should arrive having had lunch, HYDRATION GEAR FULL OF WATER, and wearing your complete ABUs in accordance with CAPR 39-1 (including nametape, all patches, grade insignia, ABU cap, and proper hair cut/style, etc).
- We prefer that you make all transportation arrangements. Limited shuttle van space may be available. More information on this will be posted here soon.
- Camp Rilea is located at: Camp Rilea Armed Forces Training Center, 33168 Patriot Way, Warrenton, OR 97146
- Rain Coat and Pillow are mandatory items
- Full packing list is Mandatory - please follow exact quantities and pay attention to prohibited items list as well
- All medications (prescription and Over-the-counter) must be in original packaging and have your name printed or written on package, and must be on CAPF161. If the medication was not on the CAPF161 when you registered, please update and print a new CAPF161 to turn in during checkin.
- Please let your families know that they are welcome at Graduation
- Check out will be approximately 1200 following the Graduation - Students must checkout with their Training Officer after graduation to receive their graduation certificate.
Airport Shuttle information:
Transportation to/ from the airport is available on a limited basis, and must comply with the times below:
EARLY ARRIVAL: For students travelling by air from a great distance who cannot arrive before 11:00 AM on 28 December:
There will be a shuttle FROM the Airport that will leave PDX at 1800 on 27 December 2024. You MUST coordinate early arrivals with the Commandant of Cadets and Transportation Team. Email contact information is below.
ARRIVAL: Transportation FROM the Airport will leave PDX at 11:00 AM on 28 December 2024. Your flight MUST arrive at or before 10:00 AM in order to be on the van.
DEPARTURE: Transportation TO PDX will leave Camp Rilea at 1:00 PM on 3 January 2025. Your flight MUST depart on or after 5:00 PM in order to be able to make your flight.
You must let us know what your plans are or we will not know to make sure you are on the van when it leaves. Please email us to let us know which shuttle you plan to take, your Flight carrier, flight number and times to the three email addresses below:
