Conference Billeting

A group rate has been arranged for 10-13 April, 2025 at McMinnville Comfort Inn & Suites as well as Best Western. 

To use the group rate at either location, please call the hotel location directly at their number below, and inform them you would like to book one of the block of rooms reserved for Civil Air Patrol or CAP Conference. You will not be able to get this rate using the hotel's website or the 800/corporate number.

Billeting for Cadets:

McMinnville Armory, 333 SE Armory Way, McMinnville OR 97128-9407 (directly across Hwy 18 from Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum West Pavillion).
Sign up during your conference registration.

Cadets should provide their own sleeping bags and pillows. Cots will be provided.  Chaperones have volunteered.

There are showers available.  It is an old building so the showers are in a men’s bathroom.  But time will be established with door monitors so that females will have access to the showers at certain times.
